Rorake | Newborn - Photos and Video
I’m such a sucker for babies with a fluffy head of hair! Probably because all three of mine has been as bald as Mr. Clean. The Evans family couldn’t be more complete with baby Rorake, and you can tell his big brother and sister are already in love.
With a documentary newborn photography session, there is no stress of needing to tote your little one to a studio within the first week of their lives. I can come as soon, or as late, as you want. I don’t do any posing, and capture you and baby as naturally as possible. Often, we spend a few hours together and I quietly photography some of those sweet moments like baths, diaper changes, feedings, cuddles, and family interactions. Sometimes we capture funny “oops” moments that make perfect for an album (or future senior photos!) and there is no anxiety of baby needing to sleep or cooperate. Because, lets be honest, newborn babies have us on THEIR schedule, not the opposite LOL!
Starting with the new year, I’ll only be offering lifestyle/documentary photography sessions. While this means I won’t be doing posed studio newborns anymore, I have two wonderful ladies I will be referring to in the area for clients who still want those timeless sweet sleepy photos.
Kandi with Little Mother Photography in Rolla, MO has been a sweet friend and mentor for a while now. I can’t get enough of her newborn sessions - she really does work magic with babies. You can see her work and contact information here: https://www.littlemotherphotography.com/
Ashten Basquez will be working out of our studio in downtown Waynesville and I’m excited to get to know her more. She also has magic baby dust and will be offering beautiful posed newborn sessions. https://ashtenbasquezphotography.com
